Carson Barber had two goals. Cy Magill and Danny Novak each had one. Jaden Moore and Jackson Dolan had assists.
Riley Mercer made four saves in goal for the shutout.
Crestview (11-2) hosts LaBrae on Wednesday.
Liberty (3-6) visits Campbell Memorial on Wednesday.

EAST LIVERPOOL -- Greyson Fitch scored three goals as East Liverpool notched its second win in a 4-0 decision over Edison on Monday.
The Potters (2-5-2) will host St. Clairsville today.
Edison (5-6-2) will entertain Heartland today.
SALEM 2, GIRARD 0
SALEM -- Peyton Jackson scored two goals in the first half in leading the Salem girls soccer team past Girard, 2-0, Monday heading into an Eastern Buckeye Conference showdown.
Layla Hewitt had two saves in goal for the shutout.
The Quakers are 9-4 overall and share the EBC lead with West Branch. Salem hosts West Branch on Wednesday.
Girard drops to 5-5-3.
WEST BRANCH 11, MINERVA 0
MINERVA -- Sophomore Elli Colian had three goals and three assists as the West Branch girls soccer team beat Minerva, 11-0, in Eastern Buckeye Conference play Monday.
The Warriors are 13-0 overall and 4-0 in the EBC. They will play at Salem on Wednesday in a matchup of league leaders.
Caidee Schroeder collected two goals and two assists. Hensley Biery and Cambrie Nezeth scored two goals apiece. Emma Klingensmith contributed one goal and one assist, Addison Lee one goal and Ellie Tucker one assist.
Audrey Eaton and Addison Dudley each made one save in goal. The Warriors have allowed three goals this season.
Minerva drops to 4-9 and 0-3in the EBC. The Lions host Carrollton on Wednesday.
OAK GLEN 5, CAMBRIDGE 2
CAMBRIDGE -- The Oak Glen girls soccer team downed Cambridge, 5-2, Monday.
Oak Glen (10-5) will host Indian Creek on Wednesday.
Cambridge drops to 6-7.
