YOUNGSTOWN -- Columbiana remained unbeaten with a 167-178 victory over Cardinal Mooney on Monday at Stambaugh Golf Course.
Trenton Hall, David Masters and Nick Klindworth each shot 41 to lead the Clippers, while Roman Sanfrey carded a 44.
Cardinal Mooney was led by Tyler Guerrieri and Mason McClure, who each shot 40. Michael Kravic, Andrew Bushey and Carter Peart each finished with a 49.
Columbiana is 12-0. The Clippers will travel to East Palestine today.
DUVALL TOPS REBELS
CALCUTTA -- Derek DuVall shot a 36 in leading Crestview past East Liverpool Christian, 161-193, Monday at Beaver Creek Meadows.
Also for the Rebels, Grant Snyder had a 40, Karl Wilhelm 41 and Dominic Dillon 44.
For East Liverpool Christian, Noah Williams had a 39, Lucas Balser and Landon Kelly 49s and Tommy Walker and Tristan Jones 56s.
Crestview will play Brookfield today at Yankee Run.
BEAVERS SWEEP
STEUBENVILLE -- Beaver Local boys golf team defeated Steubenville and Indian Creek on Monday.
The Beavers shot a 160 at Steubenville Country Club. Steubenville had a 168 and Indian Creek a 183.
Eli Stewart shot a par 36 to lead the Beavers. Nathan Pusateri followed with a 40 and Britton Hickman and Brady McNear had 42s.
The Beavers (8-2) will compete in the second round of the Buckeye 8 Championship at 8 a.m. today at Belmont Country Club near St. Clairsville.
