COLUMBIANA -- United’s boys soccer team took down county rival Columbiana 5-1 on Tuesday.
Jude Andrea had five goals to pace the Golden Eagles. Gavin Coffee added two assists. Marvin Schreiber and Zach Blake had an assist each.
Aiden Gundersen had four saves in goal for the winners.
United is 8-4-1 and is at Lake Center Christian on Thursday.
Columbiana is 8-5-1 and will host Ursuline on Oct. 6.
BEAVER LOCAL 12, URSULINE 0
CALCUTTA -- Peyton Dunn had six goals and one assists as the Beaver Local girls soccer team marched to a 12-0 win over Youngstown Ursuline on Tuesday.
Riley Springer collected two goals and one assist, Charlie Allison one goal and one assist and Leah Stewart had seven assists.
Kinley Owens, Jansen Ours and Alexis Lasure each had one goal. Addie Green and Tatum Duncan added assists.
Beaver Local (10-2) will play at undefeated Niles on Saturday.
Ursuline is 0-14.
WEST BRANCH 1, SALEM 0
BELOIT -- West Branch’s boys soccer team scored a 1-0 win over Salem on Tuesday.
West Branch is 10-2, while the Quakers fell to 7-4-1.
Salem hosts Sandy Valley on Thursday.
West Branch hosts Revere on Saturday.

CALCUTTA -- Beaver Local’s girls soccer team marched to a 12-0 win over Ursuline on Tuesday.
Beaver Local (10-2) is will be at undefeated Niles on Saturday.
Ursuline is 0-14.
ST. CLAIRSVILLE 6, EAST LIVERPOOL 0
EAST LIVERPOOL -- St. Clairsville blanked East Liverpool, 6-0, Tuesday in boys soccer action.
The Potters fall to 2-6-2 and will play at Union Local on Oct. 6.
BEAVER LOCAL 6, GIRARD 1
CALCUTTA -- Kaden Mays and four goals and an assist in Beaver Local’s 6-1 win over Girard on in boys soccer action Monday.
Landon Wheatley and Cael Dunn added goals. Dunn also had two assists. Brandon Smith and Lucas Price also had assists. Grady Reed had 10 saves for the Beavers.
Beaver Local is 11-1-1 and will host Salem on Oct. 6.
