Danny Novak, Carson Barber and Arthur Gelbecke scored Crestview’s goals. Jackson Dolan and Jaden Moore had assists.
Riley Mercer made six saves in goal.
CRESTVIEW 10, NEWTON FALLS 3
NEWTON FALLS -- Shelby Wellman had four goals and one assist and Sydni Kiehl scored three goals in leading Crestview past Newton Falls, 10-3, in girls soccer action Wednesday.
Chloe Houck collected two goals and two assists and Haley Harbour had a goal. Maddie Long and Savannah Neville each had one assist.
Clarice Harroff made three saves in goal.
OAK GLEN 7, JOHN MARSHALL 1
GLEN DALE, W.Va. -- Oak Glen’s girls soccer team bested John Marshall 7-1 on Tuesday.
Bailey Watts had five goals and an assist. Kendall Krzys had two goals and two assists. Brianna Polly added an assist. Reese Witherow had two assists. Camryn Richards added six saves.
EAST LIVERPOOL 4, INDIAN CREEK 0
WINTERSVILLE -- East Liverpool’s boys soccer team bested Indian Creek 4-0 on Tuesday.
The Potters are 1-2 and are at Steubenville on Thursday.
UNITED 5, EAST LIVERPOOL 0
EAST LIVERPOOL -- United’s girls soccer team stopped East Liverpool 5-0 on Tuesday.
Elli Powers had three goals for the winners, while Kylie Holmes and Charlie Koons had a goal each.
Hailey Chuck had two assists.
Holmes and Delaney Jones one assist each.
United is 3-0. East Liverpool fell to 1-4.
East Liverpool hosts Cambridge Thursday. United is at Badger on Saturday.
BEAVER LOCAL 6, HARRISON 0
CADIZ -- Beaver Local’s boys soccer team posted a 6-0 win over Harrison Central on Tuesday. Kaden Mays had three goals, while Brody Nign, Brandon Smith and Logan Roberts had single tallies. Mays also had two assists with Logan Roberts also having an assist. Cole Long had six saves. The Beavers (2-0) will host Union Local on Thursday.
