COLUMBIANA — Columbiana banged out 17 hits in a 14-1 rout of Mathews on Tuesday in softball action at Firestone Park.

Reagan Bell had four hits and an RBI for the winners. Josie Hepler had two hits including a home run. Natalie Barrow had three doubles and three RBIs. Kyla Hogan had a single, triple and an RBI. Ella Eisenbraun had a double, single and two RBIs.

Eisenbraun was also the winning pitcher as she struck out eight and walked one over four innings.

Columbiana is 7-2 and is at Jackson-Milton on Thursday.

Jackson-Milton 25, Leetonia 0

LEETONIA — It was all Jackson-Milton in the Bluejays 25-0 win over Leetonia in five innings on Tuesdsay.

Joslynn Cellars and Brena McBeth combined on the no-hitter with 10 strikeouts and a walk.

Leetonia’s pitchers Laniya Dubose and Audrey Ellis-Russell combined for 10 walks and five strikeouts.

Leetonia (0-10) hosts Springfield Thursday.

West Branch 11, Alliance 2

ALLIANCE — Sara Schmidt had a home run, single and three RBIs as West Branch blasted Alliance 11-2 on Tuesday.

Ellie Tucker also homered for the Warriors and was the winning pitcher with seven strikeouts and two walks over seven innings.

Zoey Carreon added a triple and Carly Loper had a double.

West Branch (3-5, 2-1 in the Eastern Buckeye Conference) is at Carrollton on Tuesday.
