Clippers second at Terlesky
POLAND — The Ravenna Southeast and Columbiana girls golf teams took the top two spots at the Terlesky Invitational on Monday.
Southeast, coming off its first state berth last season, remained unbeaten by shooting a 362 at the Lake Club, six strokes better than Columbiana.
Columbiana senior Hannah Moffett finished fourth in the 39-golfer field with an 89. Also for the Clippers, Maddie Jackson had a 90, Alyssa Kakavros 93, Claire Banner 96 and Nia Missos 102.
West Branch finished seventh with a 436. For the Warriors, Isabella Linger shot a 99, Emma McLaughlin 109, Erin Albert 113, Katelyn Schenk 115 and Brylee Moore 128.
Lakeview’s Olivia Norris, the Northeast 8 Conference champion took medalist honors by three strokes with an 18-hole round of 82.
Columbiana will play in the OVAC Tournament on Wednesday at Oglebay’s Crispin Course.

Columbiana 173, Salem 175,
SALEM — Trenton Hall shot a 38 in leading Columbiana past Salem, 173-175, in boys golf action Monday at Salem Hills.
Also for the Clippers(14-4), David Master had 41, Luke Struharik 46 and Nick Klindworth 48.
For Salem, Eli James had a 41, Gabe Leek 42, Tanner James 46 and Caden Arcuri 46.
Columbiana will play at Wellsville today. Salem (8-10) will compete in the Eastern Buckeye Conference Tournament at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant View Golf Course.
Beaver Local tops tri
NEW CUMBERLAND, W.Va. — Owen Hill and Nathan Pusateri shot 37s in leading the Beavers to victory Monday at Mountaineer Woodview.
Andre Wiegand added a 39 and Braxton Hickman a 41 as the Beavers posted a 154, followed by Weir with a 157 and Oak Glen 179.
The Beavers improve to 13-1 heading into today’s OVAC Tournament at Oglebay’s Jones Course in Oglebay.
Buckeye tops Lisbon, Wellsville
GLENMOOR — Wellsville’s Darnell Roe and Buckeye Local’s Dugan Dobrovich and Spencer Grew each shot 38s during a tri-match Monday at Historic Highlands.
Buckeye Local took the top spot with a 164, followed by Lisbon 190 and Wellsville 207.
Backing Dobrovich and Grew for Buckeye Local were John Frank with a 41 and Jacob Porter 47.
For Lisbon, Aiden Myers had a 45, Brady Chamberlin 47, Logan Sturgeon 49 and Zach Johnson 49.
For Wellsville, Cooper Frank added a 45, Austin Dotson 60 and Danny Allen 64.
Wellsville will host Columbiana at Historic Highlands on Tuesday.
Beaver 187, Minerva 193
CALCUTTA — The Beaver Local girls golf team topped Minerva, 187-193, in junior varsity action Monday at Beaver Creek Meadows.
McKenzie Ash led the Beavers with a 43, followed by Mya Anderson 45, Brenna Jones 49 and Georgie Long 50.
For the Lions, Hannah Kirkpatrick had a 44, Savanna Bartley 46, Macy Stowe 48, Tempi Muck 55.
