YOUNGSTOWN --Crestview was swept by Liberty in the regular season, but the Rebels had everything working this time.
Crestview used 15 hits to upend Liberty 15-5 in six innings on Tuesday in a Div. III sectional opener.
Katie Lissi had a triple and two singles to lead the attack. Chloe Stoops, Sadie Halloran, Emma Snyder and Rylee Cloutier all had doubles. Snyder added three RBIs. Halloran, Kerrigan Miller and Cloutier had two RBIs each.
Kerrigan Miller got the win with six strikeouts and three walks in four innings for the Rebels, 9-13.
No. 15 seeded Crestview will travel to No. 4 seed Lakeview on Thursday for the sectional final.

BELOIT -- A 15-run second inning vaulted West Branch past Niles 25-0 in five innings in a Div. II sectional opener on Tuesday.
No. 7 seeded West Branch moves to 16-6 and will host Edgewood-West Geuaga on Thursday in the sectional final.
Ellie Tucker and Klary McKay combined for a no-hitter with seven strikeouts and a walk.
Josie Milliken hit two home runs, two singles and contributed six RBIs for the Warriors. Tucker added five hits and two RBIs.
Mati Hawk had a triple, two singles and an RBI. Sara Schmidt had three hits and an RBI. Addi Craven had two singles, a home run and five RBIs. Mikalyn Woods had a triple and three RBIs.

HANOVERTON -- Beaver Local exploded for 10 runs in the fourth inning to down United 17-6 in five innings in regular-season action Tuesday.
Ciara Call had a home run, single and three RBIs for the Beavers. Addison Eells had a single, double and three RBIs. Tori Druschel chipped in with a single and double. Lora Reeder had two hits and four RBIs. Tatum Duncan had a double and RBI.
Megan Henrich got the win as she struck out none and walked none in 2 1/3 innings.
Kiley Hetherington had a home run and double with two RBIs for United. Sam Lippiatt and Madelynn Lucas doubled, while Joshlynn Irey had three hits and an RBI.
Grace Coffee was the losing pitcher as she struck out three and walked seven in 3 2/3 innings.
Beaver Local is 15-10, while United is 18-4.
No. 6 seed United hosts No. 9 seed Poland in a Div. III sectional final on Thursday.
