Canton home to USFL teams

CANTON — Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium will host United States Football League home games for the Pittsburgh Maulers and New Jersey Generals this season.

The stadium will also host a North Division playoff game and the USFL Championship in July.

Last season all USFL games were played in Birmingham, Alabama, except for the championship game which was held at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

The Maulers and Generals will play their first regular season games on April 23 in Canton.
