AUSTINTOWN -- South Range's boys won the Div. II team title on Saturday at the Mahoning County Track and Field Championships at Austintown Fitch.
Conner Jones won the 100 for the Raiders in 11.34. He was also second to Springfield's Beau Brungard in the 200 in a time of 23.06.
Raider sophomore Hudson Moorefield was second in the 400 (53.6) as was Alex Garwacki in the 800 (2:10.36).
In the 1600, South Range's Brian Stanley was the winner in 4:45.05.
The Raider 800 relay team of John Crouse, Hunter Knauf, Jones and Moorefield was second in 1:35.5 while Jones, Ayden Leon, Logan Butcher and Moorefield were second in the 1600 relay (3:40.84).
The Raider 3200 relay of Quentin Pew, Liam Justin, Garwacki and Standley was second in 8:37.61.
Jacob Brooks won the shot put (51-3.5) and discus (141-3).
In girls Div. II competition, South Range sophomore Annie Lumsden won the shot put with a throw of 33-1.
Div. I
For the West Branch girls in Div. I competition, Anna Lippiatt won the 200 in 26.53 and was third in the 100 (13.16). Sophia Gregory won the 400 in 1:00.07 and was second in the 100 hurdles (16.64).
The Warrior 800 relay team of Kennedy Berger, Lauren Gossett, Sophia Gregory and Anna Lippiatt won in 1:47.96. The West Branch 400 relay team of Berger, Gossett, Alexis Gregory and Claire Brunner took second in 52.37.
The Warrior 1600 relay team of Gossett, Sophia Gregory, Lippiatt and Emily Sprowl also won (4:14.9).
Bruner also won the high jump (4-10).
In boys Div. I, West Branch's Josiah Hicks was second in the 1600 (4:33.82) and 3200 (10:19.74). Dru DeShields was second in the long jump (19-10.75).
