We can’t continue being a bandage society

1 min read

To the editor:

We live in a bandage society. What I mean by that is we throw a bandage on our issues or problems for a temporary fix with no real solutions for the issue or problem. Hoping that the issue or problem will just fade away.

Are you tired of the bandage government? They put a bandage on it and hoping that will fix the issue or situation. Sure we can arm our educators in the school, What's next? How about if we issue tactical gear to the teachers? Maybe that'll help.

The government wanting to throw more guns on a already heated situation is not the solution. I say better educated and well-maintained mental health programs are the solution. I'm just fed up with our bandage government.

Are you ready to get rid of our bandage politicians and vote for the politician who has real solutions to our problems not the politician is so far removed from reality? Let's vote these people out, and hire a politician that would do the job that we put them in office for, not to be in the pockets of lobbyists.
