Wake up America. Sound an alarm.
Doesn't anyone see the inconsistency, the hypocrisy, the danger of what is happening around us? On page 1 of the paper is a headline wanting people to not wear clown costumes because it's "foolish and dangerous." Then on page 9 is a picture inviting people to the Creepy Hollows Haunted Trail in East Palestine. All month long we will be bombarded with haunted house ads and movie promos showing horrifying scenes of blood and gore and horrific screams.
People's yards, everywhere, will have spiders and ghosts and creepy-looking creatures for everyone, even children, to see. Satan must be dancing for joy because we are so stupid as to allow, actually to embrace, all the Halloween stuff as harmless fun.
I would say the devil has more than a foothold in our country - we are allowing him into our homes and hears as we celebrate Halloween.
