Cynthia Elaine Emmerling 1943-2025 WELLVSILLE —Cynthia Elaine Emmerling,81, of Wellsville, OH, passed away on July 3, 2025 at Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville. She was born on November 26, 1943 in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Maurine E (Hoss) Williamson and Ann (Laidlaw) Williamson. She was protestant by faith and a member of Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church where she served as Bulletin Secretary for many years, and as Treasurer from 2009 until 2018.
