Donald R. Carman 1931-2025 LISBON — Donald R. Carman, 93, passed away peacefully Friday, August 15, 2025 at his home following a recent illness. Mr. Carman was born September 17, 1931 in Salineville, a son of the late Gerald W. and Grace (Russell) Carman. A graduate of Southern Local High School, Don was a master carpenter, general contractor and owner of Carman Construction.
