LISBON — Charles Millard Buckley Sr., 76, of Lisbon, died at 8:58 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2022, at Salem Regional Medical Center following a short illness. He was born at home in Gavers, Ohio, one of seven special blessings of Everett and Kathryn (Geer) Buckley. He grew up in the Lisbon area, graduated in 1964 from David Anderson High School. Charles served in the US Army for over 3 years, then returned to the area and became a truck driver until he recently retired. He enjoyed being outdoors and in nature.
