EAST PALESTINE — Mike H. Harper, 73, passed away Sept. 29, 2022, at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio following a fall at his home. Mike was born Oct. 16, 1948, in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, son of the late Dewayne and Ruby Claypool Harper. He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church in Darlington, Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of East Palestine High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. Mike retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of faithful service.
