1944-2023 EAST PALESTINE — Charles C. Early, 78, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at his residence in Fellsmere, Fla. Charles was born on June 19, 1944, the son of the late Frank and Irene Early and lived his entire life in East Palestine. He was a graduate of East Palestine High School.
