1940-2023 COLUMBIANA — Marlene H. Steiskal, age 83, of Columbiana, died on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at Hampton Woods Nursing Center, Youngstown. She was born on March 30, 1940, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Prokop Mogish. Marlene was a 1958 graduate of Chaney High School and received her master’s degree in education from Youngstown State University. She taught at various schools early in her career, retiring in 2005 from Fairhaven School in Niles where she taught preschool for children with developmental disabilities for many years. Larry was born on January 28, 1947, in Salem, Ohio, a son of the late Clyde “Hank” and Pauline (Logan) McDevitt. He graduated from United Local High School in 1965.
