1924-2023 EAST PALESTINE — Betty E. Paulin, 99, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023. Betty, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, was born in East Palestine Oct. 6, 1924, daughter of Frank and Lyda Bussard Clark. She was a longtime member of the First Church of Christ in East Palestine. She worked alongside her husband at their SOHIO station in Middleton and Calcutta. Betty also worked in the office at S.W. Bell Company in East Liverpool with her daughter. Betty and her husband also resided in Florida after retirement from 1976 to 1994. Betty is survived by a ...
