Dorothy ‘Dolly’ Snedeker 1951-2025 NEGLEY — Dorothy “Dolly” Snedeker, 73, passed away June 12, 2025, at the UPMC Presbyterian Medical Center. Dolly was born July 21, 1951, in East Liverpool, Ohio, daughter of the late Eli and Mildred (Vujakalya) Ratkovich. She was a lifelong resident of the area. Dolly graduated from Western Beaver High School in 1969 and was a member of the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Midland, Pa.
