LISBON -- Nell Ruth Clark of Lisbon, formerly of East Liverpool, died Sunday. She was born Dec. 28, 1931, in Smith Ferry, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Paul E. Redmond and Mary Margaret Black Redmond. Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with assisting the family with Nell's arrangements.
