LISBON -- Adele Huffman, 92, of Lisbon, died on Friday, Aug. 21, 2026, at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus following a short illness.
Mrs. Huffman was born on May 12, 1934, in Freedom, Pa., a daughter of the late Lowry and Freda Allwes Boring.
Adele had been employed by the S & H Company, East Liverpool and also was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
Her husband, Robert O. Huffman, whom she married on Oct. 9, 1979, preceded her in death on, May 13, 2023. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jack Sadenwasser; a newborn daughter, Judy; and 10 siblings.
Adele is survived by her son, James A. Sadenwasser (Linda) of Menifee, Calif.; a step daughter, Beverly Cline of New Waterford, Ohio; a step son, Robert L. Huffman (Jill) of Biloxi, Miss.; a sister, Betsy Lytle of Westerville, Ohio; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana. Services will follow at noon with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating.
