ENON VALLEY -- JoAnn Weaver, 82, passed away Aug. 13, 2026.
She was born on Jan. 27, 1944, in New Castle, Pa., daughter of the late Joe and Anna (Hedgeline) O'Neil.
JoAnn was a faithful member of the East Palestine Church of Christ, where she served in the Caring Hands Ministry.
JoAnn is survived by her husband of 55 years, Terry Weaver; three sons, Randell (Candy) Weaver, Rick Weaver and Richard Weaver; a daughter, Roxanne (Brian) Ragle; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, at the First Church of Christ in East Palestine from 2 to 4 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m.
Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers in JoAnn's name to the Caring Hands Ministry c/o East Palestine Church of Christ, 20 W. Martin, East Palestine, OH 44413.
