Tom was born at the family home in Leetonia on Sept. 17, 1941, a son of the late Arthur A. and Eunice (Jones) Rudebock and had lived his entire life in the area.

A 1959 graduate of Leetonia High School, he initially owned and operated along with his father AR-EU-TO BE dairy farm until his father retired. He served over a decade on the Leetonia Exempted Village School Board and for over two decades on the Columbiana County Fair Board.

He experienced his greatest joy in calling square dances and sharing fellowship with other square dancers, a hobby he pursued for over five decades. He called for local groups, clubs, organizations, and demonstrations. He also called at state and national conventions throughout the country. He shared his knowledge of square dancing with youth as he advised two separate 4-H groups leading them to place at state competitions.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur A. and Eunice (Jones) Rudebock, and by his infant daughter, Cindy Lou Rudebock.

He is survived and fondly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Beverly Sue (Elwonger) Rudebock; sons, David (Cathryn) Rudebock of Perrysburg, Ohio and Mark Rudebock of Leetonia, Ohio; six grandchildren, Cheyann, Kaitlin, Jacob, Jessica, Madison, Aliva; sister, Betty (Kenneth) Boyd of Leetonia; and several nieces, nephew, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
