EAST PALESTINE -- Jack L. Reed, 82, died Friday at his home. He was born in Salem Aug. 20, 1943, son of the late Chester and Vivian Kirtley Reed. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
