Wayne R. ‘Hutch’ Hutchison Jr.

NEW MIDDLETOWN — Wayne R. “Hutch” Hutchison Jr., 66, died Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.

Wayne was born on March 23, 1960 in Beaver Falls, Pa., a son of Wayne R. Hutchison Sr. and Darlene Headley Exposito. He graduated from Black Hawk High School and served in the Navy during the First Gulf (Persian) War. He was a previous commander of the VFW Triangle Post #2799 in New Springfield.

Wayne leaves his mother, Darlene; three brothers, Michael (Sherry) of Beaver Falls, Brian “Tony” (Gloria) Hutchison of Spring Creek, Nevada, and Sean (Hannah) Hutchison of Longmont, Colorado; two sisters, LaVonne Hutchison of East Palestine and Kelley (Scott) Leisure of Negley; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.

Wayne was preceded in death by his father, his sister Mary Yvonne Hill and Steve Ingram.

Friends may call on Thursday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown, followed by a burial at Petersburg Cemetery.
