Warren ‘Butch’ Bandy

1947-2026

Warren “Butch” Bandy, 78, passed away April 16 after a long battle with brain cancer. He was surrounded by his family.

Butch was born July 27, 1947 in Salem, Ohio, the son of the late Warren and Antionette Bandy. He resided in Sebring, Fla., and was a graduate of East Palestine High School in 1965 and two years at The Ohio State University. He was a livestock Broker for over 35 years. He attended many sporting events for his sons and his grandkids and family vacations.

Butch is survived by his wife Sandy of 56 years; two sons, Doug of Clinton, Tenn., and Jason of Sebring, Fla.; the love of his life, his five grandkids Zak, D.J. (Sammie), Dani, Chase and Addison (Clay) and two beautiful great-grandchildren, Isla and Elias, who he loved so much; a sister, Patty “Rick” Mesmer; and two nieces Armand “David” Meller and Kate Mesmer.

There will be a private celebration at a later date.
