1942-2026

COLUMBIANA — Phyllis Louise Webber, 83, formerly of Lisbon, died at home Friday, April 24, 2026.

Born June 11, 1942, in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Francis E. and Lucille A. (Burt) McCall. A homemaker, she helped run their family business, Webber Educational Products, and worked at Value City Department Stores and East Palestine China.

A member of the East Fairfield United Methodist Church, she enjoyed watching her grandchildren’s activities and doing painting for the family business. She was a 1960 graduate of Fairfield Waterford High School. Above all, Phyllis cherished her role as a grandmother. She found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren, attending their events, and creating lasting memories with them. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did, and her husband, children, and grandchildren were truly the light of her life.

In addition to her husband of 65 years, Floyd (Bud), she is survived by two children, Richard (Dorothy) Webber and Richelle (Craig) Kyle; four grandchildren: Austin and Brooke Webber, and Adam and Allison Kyle; and her sister, Carole Mellinger.

She was preceded in death by her son, Rodney, as well as her brother, Edward.

A funeral officiated by Bill Snyder will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 2 at the Weber Funeral Home. Friends and family may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be at East Carmel Cemetery.
