Linda L. Wright

1947-2026

It is with great sorrow that we are announcing the passing of Linda L. Wright, 78, 275 E. Clark St., East Palestine, Ohio, on March 31, 2026.

Linda was born Aug. 21, 1947, in Salem, Ohio, daughter of the late Thelma Todd and Alexander Konieko. She was employed at Warren Molding for 25 years as a laborer and a receptionist at Skilz Salon for five years.

Linda loved her family and friends. She was always laughing even through her pain. Her love for her pets was astounding. She enjoyed camping, horseback riding, music and dancing and playing cards. She really loved spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by five children, Rich and Lisa McCallister, Michelle and Jeff Stacey, Todd and Marilyn McCallister, Tina and John Smith, and Thelma and David Gabbert. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, Ben, Danyelle, Megan, Nathan, Brittani, Logan, Shayne, Kamdyn, Joely, Laney, Sierra, Alex and Paxton. She also had 18 great-grandchildren.

Linda’s caretakers Brittani Price and Tina Wright took amazing care of her as she got to pass at home per her wishes. They treated her with all the love and dignity and we appreciated that more than they will ever know.

We will be having a celebration of life in June 2026.

She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
