SALINEVILLE — Kathy Lee Talamantes, 61, died Tuesday in the emergency room at East Liverpool City Hospital. She was born Nov. 25, 1964 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late James O. and Pauline (Howard) Roberts. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
