NEW WATERFORD — Thomas A. Richardson, 96, of New Waterford, died Tuesday. He was born on Feb. 1, 1930, in Salem, a son of the late Earl and Isabel Rodgers Richardson. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
