HAMMONDSVILLE – Jo Ann (Hissam) Wilson, 90, died Sunday. She was born March 7, 1936, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy (Davis) Hissam. Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is handling her arrangements.
