Trina Craig, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on Jan. 29, 2026, in Hanoverton, Ohio, at the age of 62. Born on Nov. 23, 1963, in Alliance, Ohio, who was a person that filled her life with love and creativity.
Trina and her husband, William Craig, married on Oct. 26, 1984, where they built a warm and loving home filled with laughter and teaching kindness, patience, hard work, and humility. Trina took immense pride in her family, where her legacy continues through her children: Roxanne Goodrich-Bon, Thomas (Tara) Craig, Kimberly (Ed) Craig, Billy (Tiffany) Craig. She was also the proud grandmother of three grandchildren: Makaylah, Brenden, and Ameika, who brought her endless joy.
She was known as a dedicated, hard worker and when she fell ill, she didn’t give up. Her passions became a ceramic painter/molder with her own store, jewelry maker, enjoyed crafting candles, often showcasing her artistic talents for others and gifts for those she loved. She cherished the simple, yet profound moments spent cuddling family and dog Mya, having conversations while sipping coffee and bird watching on the porch, appreciating the beauty of everyday life.
Trina’s commitment to her family and her faith defined her life. She was a source of silliness, love, strength and inspiration to all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, children, grandchildren, and her siblings who cherished her: Jeff Bon, Rod (Margie) Bon, and Greg (Kelley) Bon, Marcia Wenger and Sandy (Dan) Matz. Trina was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Margie Bon, and her sister Linda (John) Vandervort, and brother-in-law Mike Wenger.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Roger Fout officiating at Brown Funeral Home, Sebring Chapel, 126 W. Vermont Ave. Sebring, OH 44672. A time of gathering will take place the hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Grove Hill Cemetery in Hanoverton.
