Judy Ann Martin

COLUMBIANA — Judy Ann Martin, 80, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital following a recent illness.

Judy was born May 4, 1945 in Alliance, Ohio, a daughter of the late Walter Hofer and the late Dorothy (Grimes) Gauding.

A member of the Columbiana Presbyterian Church, Judy had worked as a bookkeeper and later as a dental assistant.

She and her husband, Bob enjoyed camping and traveling, but most of all Judy loved making memories with her grandchildren.

She is survived and will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Robert “Bob” Martin, whom she married August 12, 1966; her sons, William E. (Lori) Martin and David R. (Lisa) Martin; grandchildren, Mitchell, Ticen (Jaydin), Zach (Ange), Kayla, Craig (Lauren), Halee (Jay), TJ (K.C.), Rachel, and Sarah; many great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her beloved dog, Smoky.

In addition to her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Eugene Gauding; and by her brothers, John “Jim” Hofer and Randel Gauding and his wife, Bonnie.

Private calling hours were held at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home and Judy was laid to rest at the Columbiana Cemetery.
