Dennis G. Baker

1953-2026

Dennis G. Baker, 72, of Wellsville, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born Nov. 29, 1953, in East Liverpool, he was the son of Rita “Irene” Moore Baker and the late John C. Baker.

Dennis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Emma Jean Bowens Baker; and daughters, Michelle Lynn Baker and Regina Renee Lawn.

He retired after many years of dedicated service at Hall China Company. Dennis enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

He will be deeply missed by his sons, Michael John Baker (Chris Beadnell) of Carrollton, and Roger L. Baker of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Casey Howdershelt, Alexandra Smith Thomas (Matt), Darren, Vanessa, and Sara Lawn; seven great-grandchildren; and his brother, John C. Baker Jr.

In accordance with his wishes no services are planned at this time. Dennis is in the compassionate care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
