EAST PALESTINE — Russell Shane Waite, 51, died Monday. He was born July 25, 1974, in East Liverpool, son of the late Russell M. and Rebecca Baumgarner Waite. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
