Thomas E. Cartwright

EAST PALESTINE — Thomas E. Cartwright, 86, died Wednesday. He was born in East Palestine, Sept. 20, 1939, son of the late John S. and Goldie George Cartwright. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
