EAST PALESTINE -- Scott V. McAleer, 57, died Wednesday. He was born March 21, 1968 in Woodbury, N.J., son of the late Edward Jr. and Barbara Sharp McAleer. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
