LISBON -- Deloris Ann Young, 85, died Tuesday. She was born Oct. 2, 1940, in Walkerton, Indiana, daughter of the late Arthur and Velma Gordon Barden. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
