Robert T Sparbanie Sr. 78, of Hammondsville, passed away on November 7 2025. He was born on October 30, 1947, the son of the late Arthur and Erma (Ringel) Sparbanie. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Charlene and a son Steven Sparbanie and two brothers, Lee Jay Sparbanie and Arthur Sparbanie Jr.
He was a member of the Pine Grove Church and a member of it's Board. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, Coffee and Cashews.
He is survived by a daughter, Apryl (Brad) Peroney of Pittsburgh, a grandson, Ian Sparbanie. He is also survived by a brother, Keith and sister, Sandra.
A memorial service will held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Pine Grove Church in Hammondsville at 2 p.m. The Nixon Funeral Home of Newell is in charge of services.
