James D. ‘Jim’ Casto

EAST LIVERPOOL – James D. “Jim” Casto, 90, of East Liverpool, died Sunday. Born in East Liverpool Dec. 9, 1934, he was a son of the late Cecil and Kathryn Shook Casto. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
