Nancy J. (Bonam) Kempf

1940-2025

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Nancy J. (Bonam) Kempf. 

Nancy passed Oct. 29, 2025, at Carriage Inn of Steubenville, Ohio, after a lengthy illness. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, on March 8, 1940, to Joseph Bonam and Bette May (Fox) Bonam. 

Nancy is survived by her brother, Joseph (Esther) Bonam of Lakeland, Florida; and four children, Mary Lou (Earl) Doty of Lisbon, Ohio, Brenda (Bill) Riggs of Mechanicstown, Ohio, Ronald Kempf of North Carolina, and Susan (Tim) Deemer of Toronto, Ohio. 

She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Justin (Sarah) Foley, Crystal Baker, Scott (Jessi) Bryan, Dustin Kempf, Ashley (Regis) Jenrett, Nick Kempf, Tyler Ramsey, Chelsea Deemer, as well as many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Clyde Bonam and David Hinton; her grandsons, Dustin Foley, Anthony Kempf, and Dalton Kempf. 

The family would also like to thank Hospice and Carriage Inn Nursing Facility with a special thank you to Nurse Lisa Willis, for all their loving support and care they provided for Nancy. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Salineville Fire Hall, 34 Washington St., Salineville, Ohio, 43945.
