EAST PALESTINE — Iris L. Dubbert, 92, died Thursday. She was born Feb. 26, 1933, in Sioux City, Iowa, daughter of the late LuVerne and Geneva Oppedal Snyder. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
