Brandon M. Smith

Brandon M. Smith, 33, of East Rochester, passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025. He was born Oct. 17, 1991 in Salem to John Smith Jr. and Susan (Gossman) Davis. He was a maintenance man at CAA and a 2011 graduate of Southern Local High School and CCCTC in welding. One of his favorite pastimes is spending time hunting and fishing with his kids.

He is survived by his parents John Smith Jr. and Susan (Bob) Davis; three daughters, Scarlett Smith, Willow Smith and Autumn Larkins; son, Malachi Smith; significant other, Bridgett; paternal grandparents, John and June Smith Sr.; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Gossman; step-maternal grandmother, Mary Alice Davis; two sisters, Jordyn Smith of Salineville, Amber Cusick of New Waterford; five brothers, John (Rachael) Smith III of Lisbon, Kolton Smith of Salineville, Nathaniel Davis of Salem, Matt Davis of East Rochester, Redding Davis of East Rochester; aunt and uncle, Bob Gossman, Jodie Flory; and many more aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Leo Davis and Robert Gossman.
