WELLSVILLE -- James (Jim) Mercer, 76, of Wellsville, died Sunday. He was born in East Liverpool, on Nov. 27, 1948, the son of Clarence (Burt) and Audrey Mercer. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
