Doris A. McMillen

EAST PALESTINE — Doris A. McMillen, 82, died July 2 at the Assumption Village Nursing and Rehab in North Lima. She was born July 29, 1942, in East Liverpool, daughter of the late John F. and Orpha A. (Green) Morris. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
