Opal Marlene Eddy

EAST PALESTINE — Opal Marlene Eddy, 83, formerly of Newport, Ohio, died Thursday at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born Aug. 16, 1941 in Chester, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Carl and Mabel (Beaver) Gillespie. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
