Mary Evelyn Whitten Feezle

SALEM — Mary Evelyn Whitten Feezle, 76, of Salem, died on Monday, March 10, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on Jan. 22, 1949, in Salem, daughter of the late Robert and Mary Bubak Whitten.

Mary had worked as an LPN and was a loving housewife and mother. She enjoyed vacationing at the outer banks and being with friends and family.

Mary is survived by her husband, Edward Feezle, whom she married on May 20, 1968; daughter, Darleen Kotas of Columbiana; son, Brian (Melinda) Feezle of Hebron, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Amanda Feezle, Brian James Feezle, Nathaniel (Valerie) Kotas, Katrina (Zachery) Poynter and Benjamin (Cheyenne) Kotas; five great-grandchildren, Elliot Kotas, Isiaha Kotas, Kathleen Kotas, Emmit Kotas and Charlie Kotas and two brothers, John (Cheryl) Whitten and George Whitten.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Bubak Whitten, and two brothers, Bob Whitten and Harold Whitten.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana and on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Edie Boles officiating.

Burial will follow at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford.
