EAST LIVERPOOL - Deanna R. Plemons, 86, of East Liverpool, died at her home Tuesday. She was 86 years old. She was born in Merrittstown, Pennsylvania, July 10, 1938, a daughter of the late Donald N. and Marjorie E. (Shipley) Shaneyfelt. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
