Charles Arthur Frazier

Charles Arthur Frazier was the son of Vivion Mary Morris Frazier and Charles Leroy Frazier on March 13, 1944 in Elizabeth, W.Va. They moved to East Liverpool, Ohio where he attended schools.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked at the Hall China Pottery for many years and then worked in the Maintenance Department at E.L.C.H. He retired in 2003.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Glenna Mae Frazier Bebout and her husband Bob Bebout.

He is survived by his sister Verna Pearl Frazier Blystone, her husband Russell Blystone and their son Jim Blystone and his wife Joann and their children.

After a courageous 18-month battle with cancer, Charles died on Nov. 29, 2024. He is survived by his beloved Eleanor Salter.

Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens on state Route 7 in Rogers, Ohio.
