Paul S. Deprill

COLUMBIANA — Paul S. Deprill, 59, of Columbiana, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

He was born on October 22, 1965, in Allentown, Pa., son of the late Robert and Alberta Miller Deprill.

Paul worked as a forklift operator for Century Container in Columbiana for 22 years. Paul served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and loved being with his son enjoying hiking, working on cars, being outdoors and hunting

Paul is survived by his wife, Ellen Richter Deprill, whom he married on Feb. 10, 2001; his son, Stephen A. Deprill; two brothers, Robert (Kayle) Deprill Jr. and Donald (Joy) Miller, both of Lisbon; two sisters, Debbie (Adnan) Afif and Candace Deprill, both of Allentown, Pa.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Miller and Gary Deprill Sr., and a niece, Ciara Deprill.

The family will have a time of gathering on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
